Can I return my purchase for any reason?
If you simply are not happy with your purchase and would like to get something else, please login to your account to request to return the item within 14 business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused* and in the same condition that you received it (it's very easy to tell so please don't be that person). It must also be in the original packaging with TAGS ATTACHED. You may exchange for the same value of the item or receive a full refund (minus cost of return shipping). If there is a manufacturing defect, it needs to be reported within 14 days of purchase. Replacements or exchanges for imperfect items will not be accepted after the 14 day window. Holiday Returns:
During the holidays, we will be extending our return/exchange policy to January 15th, 2025. Purchases needing to be returned during the holidays will be eligible for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Can I return an item I placed on Pre-Order?
Yes, however, pre-order returns will only be eligible for store credit, so please be mindful of sizing.
Is the shipping charge on my order refundable?
The original shipping on an order is non-refundable.
Am I responsible for return shipping charges?
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. The price of a pre-paid return label will be deducted from your refund amount. If you would like to mail on your own, please send all returns to: 25020 Ave Stanford Unit 10, Valencia, CA 91355.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Please review and consider your purchase before checking out.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery date. Products must be unused and in original packaging. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to send the item back. In the event that an exchange is not possible, you can proceed with a return. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item. NO EXCHANGES ON PRE-ORDERS.
What if my item is damaged/defective?
If you order arrives damaged/defective due to a manufacturer's defect, a claim must be submitted to us within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier. Please email hello@shopeverydayleisure.com with photos of the defect and your order number and we would be glad to get a replacement sent out to you.
Everyday Leisure is not responsible for damages that may occur due to wear and tear, pilling, fabric thinning, dye fading, or damage to the fabric from outside sources. We are also not responsible for damages that may occur due to your wash routine and stain treatment. The use of harsh chemicals is not recommended.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are given a pre-paid shipping label, the shipping costs will be deducted from your return.
If you are exchanging, you are responsible for your own shipping costs to get the item(s) back to our warehouse. We will then cover the cost to send your exchange back to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Who is responsible for shipping charges if an item is returned as “undeliverable”?
Everyday Leisure is not responsible for return shipping costs associated with packages deemed as Undeliverable. A shipment is considered Undeliverable if it is returned due to an incomplete address, an undeliverable address, the package was refused at delivery, or the package was marked as “Return to Sender”. If item needs to be re shipped, Everyday Leisure is not responsible for the new shipping charges.
How can I return an item that was received as a gift?
If you received your item as a gift you may return it according to our policies listed above. Please share the order number and the name of purchaser so that we can more quickly process your return.
Can I return or exchange a product directly to Everyday Leisure if I purchased it through a third-party retailer?
If your purchase was through a third-party retailer, please submit your return or exchange through that retailer. We cannot accept returns of products that were originally purchased through third-party retailers.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. We process and ship fast, typically within the same business day during business hours. Your order will begin to process once you receive your order confirmation by email.
